Hosting is a promise, not a product

We run hosting at 3w.am, so let me say the quiet part: the server is the easy bit. NVMe, RAM, bandwidth. Everyone sells the same hardware with different stickers.

The product is the promise behind it.

When a client's store goes down at 3 AM on a holiday, two things matter. Does the monitoring catch it before the client does. And does a human who knows the stack pick up, or a ticket queue.

Most hosting horror stories are not about hardware. They are about the moment you need help and realize you bought a spreadsheet row, not a partner.

So when you shop for hosting, skip the specs page. Ask three questions instead. Who answers when it breaks. How fast. And have they seen your exact stack before.

Specs are marketing. Answers are the product.
